The much anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phablet is knocking around the corner. Rumors have it that it’s going to hit the shelves during the last week of August, ergo, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Release Date will most probably be in between the 23 rd – 25th of August this year.
Australia along with other lucky countries are the first to get their hands on this much-anticipated device.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Price, Release date, Pre Order in Australia
Although nothing is set in stone, the device won’t come cheap. Assuming the price tag of the Galaxy Note 7 which was somewhere around 850 US dollars, the Galaxy Note 8 Price, from a logical point of view is assumed to be rated much higher.
Though we don’t have any such confirmation you can bet it will around the 900 range and may go even higher, considering the hardware will be packing.
The Galaxy Note 8 Pre Order will also begin within that month. We can’t provide a proper date unless the stocks hit the market. It is assumed that it will happen within a month or so. Hence, Note 8 will not go into pre-order right after they are announced, have some patience.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Features a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 back panel with dual nano sim support. The device sports a hybrid sim slot, so you can swap out a sim to squeeze some additional storage to watch some of those movies that you always wanted. You can also show off all those crystal clear full HD videos to your friends, and because the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 comes with 773 ppi pixel density, your viewers will be flabbergasted, say the least.
Such high pixel density on a phablet has never have seen before, the highest being in the 500 range. Samsung has really outdone themselves in this time.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Specifications include a 5.7 inch AMOLED screen and a resolution of 3840 x 2160. It will be powered by the new and improved Android 7.1 (Nougat) and custom fitted with Samsungs Grace UI according to leaks about note 8.
The Device will come in two variants one having 64 GB and the other 128 GB of internal storage, and both can be expandable to 256 GB via a micro SD card. It will also have 6 GB of ROM on the 128 GB model, but we are not sure if they are going to tone down the RAM (which they probably will) in the 64 GB model, probably to 4 GB.
Under the hood, the device will be powered by the quad-core Snapdragon 835(clock speed unknown) and an Adreno 540 as a GPU. The Note 8 will also boost two 13 MP shooters with Optical Image Stabilization, superior phase detection, and autofocus, and also a dual-tone LED flash.
The camera will be also capable of shooting videos at 2160@60fps, 1080@60fps, and 720p@240fps. The front camera will have an 8MP shooter which is not too shabby since Samsung’s cameras always have had a pretty decent performance history.
